A Limerick based waste collection and recycling company appeared before Limerick Circuit Court and pleaded guilty to two charges where they failed to safely manage and conduct work activities and ensure the safety, health and welfare of their employees at Luddenmore, Grange, Co Limerick, in 2008. The charges relate to an incident where a Mr Binman employee died as a result of an onsite accident. Read More »
