You can track topics of interest without having to re-visit the website by subscribing to the news feed facility.  Simply click on the   icon and you will receive automatic updates whenever a new posting is published.  If you prefer to be notified by email, you can subscribe to email tracking by clicking on Tracking/Subscriptions  (under My Settings) and selecting your topics of interest.  You can also automatically track replies to your posting by clicking the Notification box.
